The show, which will include monologues and musical numbers, will explore the experiences and emotions that shaped the flamboyant performer.

Jennifer McClain
Jennifer McClain has been entertaining South Florida audiences for over 15 years in venues ranging from small bars to large night clubs and charity events. She has appeared on CNN performing in Key West for New Year’s Eve, and she has also performed in New York City, Puerto Vallarta, Cancun, and on the High Seas. With a vast repertoire at her fingertips, she can easily slip from a sultry torch song to a high energy pop anthem and then into a comedic Broadway number. A favorite in the South Florida scene, she was awarded a “Bestie” for Best Live Entertainer (2013) and Best Local Celebrity and Best Artist/Musician (2014-2019) from SFGN.
Originally from Buffalo, NY, Jennifer graduated with a Bachelor of Music in Musical Theatre from Baldwin-Wallace College in Cleveland, OH and traveled extensively before settling in South Florida.
Currently she can be seen every Saturday at The Alibi/Monkey Bar and every Monday at Tropics Grille, both located in Wilton Manors.

Director: Kalen Edean
Kalen Edean, a South Florida native, started cultivating his creative passions as a professional performer at an early age, growing it into a comprehensive multi-hyphenate career in theatre; songwriting & music production, film, television, commercial, voice-over and radio work. A BFA Musical Theatre Major at Savannah College of Art & Design (SCAD) and at The American Musical & Dramatics Academy (AMDA) in Los Angeles.
Edean has been professionally performing and creating theatre and music for over two-decades (most notably in New York, Los Angeles, Sedona and South Florida) with current representation by Across The Board Talent.
His most recent directing credits include:
Co-Direction of Vinyl Tap: The Songs of the 27 Club (produced by Jennifer McClain’s Cast Party at Georgie’s Alibi in Wilton Manors); his BroadwayWorld (Los Angeles) nominated cabaret show The Curious Case of Kalen Edean: A Song Cycle at the world famous Rockwell Table & Stage where he collaborated in residency as a performer, assistant director and cowriter of several of their Unauthorized Musical Parody shows including UMPO: The Devil Wears Prada and UMPO: The Big Lebowski; and direction of various cabaret acts and special engagements.
Kalen is so thrilled to be working with the very talented Jennifer McClain once again in collaboration with The Wilton Theater Factory as we all fight to keep live-theatre alive and well during this crazy time and quarantine with her self-written one-woman show This Is Me: A Night of Broadway and Biography as director of this production. A massive thank you to everyone involved who helped make this happen!
